Professor of Radiology, Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences
Dr. Angtuaco did her medical training at the University of the Philippines in Manila and diagnostic radiology residency training at the Lahey Clinic in Boston. She has spent her professional career at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) where has worked for the past 40 years. She is currently a Professor of Radiology, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Director of the Division of Body Imaging and Chief of Ultrasound. Her main interests have focused on ultrasound teaching in Obstetrics and Gynecology to both staff and trainees in the departments of radiology and Ob/Gyn. She co-founded the School of Diagnostic Medical sonography at UAMS and currently serves as its medical director. She is a Fellow of the American College of Radiology (ACR), American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine (AIUM), Society of Radiologists in Ultrasound (SRU) and the American Association for Women in Radiology (AAWR).
